At Foundations Tutoring Services, students receive personalized instruction in small-group sessions led by qualified tutors. Research indicates that academic achievement improves significantly when students are taught in small groups rather than large classes. Each student undergoes a brief assessment to ensure they are placed in the appropriate group based on their age and reading level. 

Students will participate in a one-hour weekly session, engaging in lessons tailored to their individual learning levels. During these sessions, students focus on essential skills such as sound blending and segmenting, mastering fundamental reading and spelling concepts, learning irregular words in context, and developing fluent reading abilities.

Additionally, parents regularly receive updates on their child’s progress, along with optional activities designed for completion at home, promoting a collaborative approach to their learning journey.
